Prices, currency and taxes
All prices include tax and are shown in US dollars unless your local currency is displayed at checkout, in which case the converted amount shown at the point of payment is the amount charged. Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price displayed when you place your order is the price that applies to that order.
Your order ships directly from our manufacturing partners, most of whom are in China, so it crosses a border to reach you. Any import duty, customs charge or handling fee applied by the destination country is covered by Larenza. If a courier or customs authority bills you one, email hello@larenzahome.com with the paperwork and we will refund it in full. Full detail is in our Shipping policy.
Product descriptions and images
We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Even so, photography, screen calibration and lighting all affect how colour and finish appear, so there may be slight variation between an image and the item you receive. Dimensions and weights are approximate and subject to normal manufacturing tolerance. Styling props shown in lifestyle photography are not included unless expressly listed.
Where a product is supplied with an electrical fitting, it is your responsibility to ensure it is suitable for your local supply and, where required, to have it installed by a qualified electrician.
Availability
Listing a product does not guarantee availability. We may correct errors, change or withdraw products, and limit or refuse an order. Where we cannot fulfil an order you have already paid for, we will cancel it and refund you in full.
